Ordering

Can I make changes to a placed order?

We can change the color or the size of items ordered, add or remove items from your order, as long as a shipping label has not yet been printed and/or the order has not yet shipped.

If you wish to make a change to a placed order, please email us at info@caviarnoirlingerie.com to request a change. Your email should include your full name, address, and order number.

Can I cancel my order?

We accept cancellations as long as your order has not been packed and/or shipped. Once your order has been packed, a shipping label has been printed and/or the package has left our atelier, we are no longer able to cancel your order. 

If you wish to cancel your order, please email us at info@caviarnoirlingerie.com to request a cancellation. Your email should include your full name, address, and order number.

If you choose to cancel your order, you will be refunded in full including the taxes and shipping costs, if applicable. 

Can I change my shipping address?

You can change your shipping address provided a shipping label has not yet been printed and/or the order has not yet shipped. Once a shipping label has been printed and/or the package has left our atelier, we are no longer able to change your shipping address or reroute your shipment.

If you wish to change your shipping address, please email us at info@caviarnoirlingerie.com to request an address change. Your email should include your full name, address, and order number.

Can I track my order? 

Once your order has shipped, we will send you an email with your tracking information so you can track it directly with our shipping partner. If you have not received this email, please check your junk mail folder before contacting us at info@caviarnoirlingerie.com. Your email should include your full name, address, and order number.

Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

Something is wrong with my order. What should I do?

If there’s a problem with your order, like a missing item and/or a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us at info@caviarnoirlingerie.com so that we may rectify the situation. 

How much does shipping cost? 

We offer free shipping on all orders in Canada.

We offer free shipping on any order of $150 USD and above before taxes in the United States.

For orders under $150 USD in the United States and for international orders, shipping costs vary depending on the weight of your order and the address of delivery. Shipping fees are calculated during the check-out process. 

Please note that all shipping charges, including returns fees, are non-refundable.

Can I return or exchange a product? 

We have a 20-day return policy, which means you have 20 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must show no signs of wear and tear and must be accompanied with all original tags. Briefs and bodysuits should only be tried on over underwear and the protective slip cannot be removed, for sanitary purposes, or they will not be accepted for a return or an exchange. 

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

If you wish to submit an exchange or refund request, please email us at info@caviarnoirlingerie.com. Your email should include your full name, address, the order number and the items you wish to exchange or return.

You must utilize the labels we provide, or we cannot be held responsible for returned packages.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please email us at info@caviarnoirlingerie.com. Your email should include your full name, address, the order number and the item that is defective, damaged, or present an issue. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items

We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember there may be a processing delay for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.


If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@caviarnoirlingerie.com. Your email should include your full name, address, the order number and the items you wish to return.

Items received in poor and/or damaged condition will not be accepted for returns nor exchanges. We reserve the right to refuse a return or charge a fee on any item received in poor and/or bad condition.

Return shipping fees will be deducted from the total refund amount.
